Conveniently located just east of the I-80 bridge in Leclaire, Iowa, you can boat on the historic Mississippi River in Pool 14, one of the larger pools of the Mississippi.  Boat all the way to Clinton without locking through!  Plenty of beaches and sloughs to hang out, swim, or do watersports.
